Thank you for seeking an appointment with me, there are just a few things we need to go over to make your experience top quality.
• no extra people, space is limited
• please be on time, time is created just for you and we like to give everyone there fair time for each appointment. If you are late more than 10 minutes your appointment may be cancelled and you will have to reschedule for a new day.
• NEW CLIENTS MUST BOOK A “New client experience” FIRST! Consultations are needed to be done first before any service to ensure you receive the best service going forward.
All appointments require NON REFUNDABLE Reservation Fee/ Deposit in order to secure the appointment(deposit go towards your total service cost). If you are unsure of what to book, please contact the salon 1st BEFORE booking. 862-410-7580
We allow cancellations and/or rescheduling up to 24 hours before an appointment. In the event that an appointment is cancelled in a timely manner, the Reservation Fee can be used to reschedule one (1) new appointment within that calendar month of your booked appointment.
Late Cancellation (cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment) forfeits the Reservation Fee/ Deposits. Deposits can not be transferred to a new calendar month or transferred to another person. No call/ No shows will be contacted first, if no response you will be charged the full amount of that days service.
